1. Bentonville Farmer's Market

When: Saturday, May 13th 7:30-1 pm

Where: The Bentonville Square

Description: Now in it's 41st year, the market offers producer only meats, dairy, fresh produce, baked goods and handmade arts and crafts. The market manager, visits the farms and ensures that all our edible offerings are USDA/FDA and Benton County Health Department certified. They also welcome  WIC, SNAP and SFMNP visitors. 

2. Artosphere Festival Orchestra: Live from Crystal Bridges: Mozart in the Museum

When: Friday, May 12, 8 pm

Where: Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, Great Hall, Bentonville

Description: From the Great Hall of the world-class Crystal Bridges museum in Bentonville, the AFO performs an exceptional all-Mozart program showcasing the musical talents the orchestra’s principal Clarinet, Bassoon, Horn and Oboe players as featured soloists. This performance will be broadcast live on KUAF 91.3 FM Public Radio. Seating is limited. Tickets are $40. 

3. Trail Mix: Square to Square

When: Saturday, May 13, 8-3 pm

Where: Throughout Northwest Arkansas

Description: Have a festive day of fresh air and free entertainment with artists and musicians along the Razorback Regional Greenway. The day kicks off with a bike decorating celebration in the Walton Arts Center West Avenue Parking Lot, then moves north to Lake Fayetteville and on to Shiloh Square in downtown Springdale. Next, the fun continues at the Mercy Trailhead in Rogers, and then on to the final destination of Lawrence Plaza just off the Bentonville square with a parade commemorating the Razorback Greenway’s second birthday and more. Adding to the excitement, Saturday’s Trail Mix coincides with the annual Square 2 Square Bike Ride, which also takes place along the Greenway (fee and registration required for the S2S ride).

4. Artosphere Chapel Music Series: Live from Crystal Bridges: Dover Quartet

When: Saturday, May 13, 4 pm

Where: Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, Bentonville

Description: The internationally acclaimed Dover Quartet will present an afternoon of exquisite entertainment in the Great Hall of Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. Promising to be one of the true highlights of the 2017 Artosphere Festival, this performance will feature works by Mozart and Britten, and the world premiere of Four Miniatures for String Quartet by Richard Danielpour, commissioned for the Dover Quartet by Walton Arts Center for Artosphere. This concert will be recorded live for delayed broadcast on KUAF 91.3 FM Public Radio. Tickets are $25

5. Artosphere Festival: The Way Back Home

When: Sunday, May 14, 2 pm, 4 pm 

Where: Walton Arts Center, Starr Theater, Fayetteville

Description: When a boy discovers a single-propeller airplane in his closet, he does what any young adventurer would do: he flies into outer space. Millions of miles from Earth, the plane begins to sputter and quake. The fuel tank is empty, and the boy must execute a daring landing on the moon. But as it turns out, he is not alone up there. Tickets are $10.

6. Trail Mix: Walker Park

When: Sunday, May 14, 5-8 pm 

Where: Walker Park, Fayetteville

Description: On Sunday, from 5-7pm, Trail Mix comes to Fayetteville’s Walker Park with artists and musicians performing at various locations along the park’s beautiful trails. At 7pm, stick around for the outdoor spectacle of Squonk Opera’s Cycle Sonic, featuring giant, animated human-powered stages propelled by original chamber rock music!
